Research on the level of sports practice of students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports

Abstract

Through research, we have captured the training situation of students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Physical Education and Sports. The students in the school are very active in extracurricular sports on a very regular and frequent level (accounting for 83.54% - more than 4/5 of the interviewees). The level of occasionally, never account for less than 1/5 of the respondents (16.46%). At the same time, we also found out the level of regular participation in extracurricular sports of students, most of whom practice 3-5 times/week.
