Abstract

The public opinion orientation skill of managers is the systematic application of professional knowledge and experience that lawfully affects judgment, evaluation on the general attitude of students towards events and phenomena related to the needs and interests of the majority of members in the group in order to determine direction, guide and promote the formation of public opinion positively. The article points out some basic public opinion orientation skills that managers need to be fostered in the process of managing students at Army Officer School today.
