Improving the management knowledge for managers at military officer schools

Abstract

The student management staff at military officer schools are both leaders, managers and commanders of the student unit throughout the student’s learning process. Therefore, every action of a student manager has a great influence on the completion of students’ tasks throughout the process of studying and working at school. The study proposes a number of measures to improve management knowledge for student management staff at military officer schools today.
