Applying Literary knowledge to the specialized training program of Tourist Guiding at University of Sciences - Thai Nguyen University

Abstract

Literary heritage is considered a resource of the territory and has the ability to promote tourism development. Literary material is increasingly exploited in today’s tourism programs. Literary knowledge is necessary for tourguides, helping them introduce destinations in an impressive way. In the Tour Guiding program at the Thainguyen University of Sciences, literary knowledge is integrated into many modules, with diverse forms, meeting practical requirements for quality, knowledge and skills of tour guides.
