Abstract

Through research results, the article focuses on assessing the current situation and offering some measures to improve the ability to self-study physical education for first-year students at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment. . At the same time, evaluate the effectiveness of the measures through feedback from lecturers and students, physical training results and learning results of physical education subjects.
