Causes and solutions to reduce dropout rates among students at Lao Cai College

Abstract

This study was conducted on 218 students who dropped out of school during the period from 2020 to 2022 and 58 lecturers. It involved the analysis and synthesis of the entire enrollment and training records from 2020 to 2022 at Lao Cai College to identify the fundamental causes and factors influencing the dropout status of students. Based on the research findings, appropriate solutions are proposed to reduce the dropout rates among students to below 20% in the near future.
