Abstract

The article presents a study on the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2. The study uses a multivariate linear regression model after testing the reliability of the scale (Cronbach’s Alpha) and conducting exploratory factor analysis. The research data were collected from 5813 students, from the first to the fourth year, studying at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2. The results show that there are 05 factors that influence the entrepreneurial intention of students at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2, including: Experience; Passion, Attitude, and Business Readiness; Social Opinion, Social Relations, Capital, and Platform; Educational Programs; and Surrounding Environment. Among them, the Experience factor has the strongest impact (30%), while the Educational Programs factor has the lowest impact (9.4%) on the entrepreneurial intention of students at Hanoi Pedagogical University 2.
