Improving the quality of human resources in the Accounting - Auditing industry in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution are exerting a powerful impact on the economic life and rapidly spreading to many countries, including Vietnam. In this article, the author discusses the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on human resources, the current situation of accounting and auditing human resources, and the direction to change the accounting and auditing training model in order to enhance the quality of human resources for the economy.
