Factors affecting the social work practice capacity of grassroots Women's Union officials

Abstract

The study was conducted on 385 subjects who were grassroots Women's Union officials. The research uses methods such as questionnaire surveys, interviews, and mathematical statistics. Research results show that there are many factors that affect the social work practice capacity of grassroots Women's Union officials. Factors emerging include: personal awareness of the importance of social work practice to the Association's activities; Factor in your own professional knowledge of social work; resources for improving social work practice capacity.
