Abstract

Human resource training at universities is carried out in each stage: 1) Enrollment stage; 2) Training organization phase; 3) The end of training/graduation of learners/students. The application-oriented model is applied by a number of universities and has advantages in making students ready to enter specific careers immediately after graduation.
The content of the article focuses on providing some basic concepts of the problem and focusing on reflecting the current situation of the problem, thereby providing recommendations for enrollment and human resource training organization of the University. Hanoi Capital University - a university that trains according to an application-oriented model in order to expand the enrollment scale and improve the training quality of the school.
