Abstract

Over the past time, the quality of education and training at Hoa Binh Pedagogical College has had a new development, the quality of education and training is increasing. However, the learning results, especially the pedagogical skills of a portion of students, have not met the requirements and tasks of Early Childhood Education of the province. The article clarifies the role of equipping students with pedagogical skills in raising, caring for, and educating children; Pedagogical skills of students majoring in preschool education: current situation and causes; Thereby, propose measures to improve pedagogical skills for students majoring in preschool education at Hoa Binh College of Education in the coming time.
