Orientation and requirements of legal system and improving the effectiveness of legal system on registration and issuance of certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses and other assets attached to land are very necessary content today. . This article presents legal support and improving the effective-ness of legal support on registration of land use rights certificates and housing ownership rights in the student training program at Lao Cai College.
