Research on the job satisfaction level of students and graduates of Kon Tum College in the period 2018-2023

Abstract

The globalization trend shows the decisive role of high-quality human resources in the competition between businesses. To meet social needs, Kon Tum College is very interested in improving training quality. This research aims to determine the job responsiveness of graduates from Kon Tum College during the period 2018-2023 through employer assessments.
