Applying Ho Chi Minh’s ideology on building a team of intellectuals in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization

Abstract

Vietnamese intellectuals play an extremely important role in the nation’s historical process. During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always emphasized the role of the intellectual team and focused on building and developing the intellectual team. Ho Chi Minh’s ideology is the guideline for building a team of intellectuals in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country, for the goal of rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.
