Abstract

Office culture plays a huge role in building scientific, disciplined and democratic working habits. Besides, cultural factors also help members of the office respect discipline, unite and cooperate for the common development of the office. At the same time, arouse and promote the creative capacity of each individual, creating a friendly and civilized working environment. However, in many state agencies, the phenomenon of violating civil culture is still the case of drinking and smoking in the workplace; Bureaucracy, bossy authority and irresponsible work still exist..
