Developing communication competence for student managers at academies and military officer schools

Abstract

Student managers in military schoolare who have the closest, closest relationships and have a direct, strong impact on creating motivation or hindering the learning and training of students at academies, military school. The learning and training results of students depend on the quality and capacity of management and command of the soldiers of the student managers. Therefore, student managers who complete their responsibilities and tasks require full political, ideological and moral qualities, and have full capacity to manage and command soldiers. Among them, communication competency is one of the competencies that plays an important role in the required competency system of student managers.
