Abstract

Psychological conflict among soldiers on Navy ships is a socio-psychological phenomenon, formed during activities and communication between soldiers. To resolve psychological conflicts that arise, managers on board need to have the skills to identify the causes of conflicts. The article focuses on analyzing some causes of psychological conflicts among military personnel on Navy ships and proposing measures to educate psychological conflict identification skills for management staff on board ships.
