Abstract

Platoon comanders and non-commissioned officers and soldiers are a large and important part of the Vietnam People’s Army’s combat readiness training units. In addition to managing and commanding by administrative orders, the platoon comander needs to conduct good activities of persuading non-commissioned officers and soldiers to guide the platoon to voluntarily perform well the tasks assigned by superiors. This is an operation with its own characteristics and complexity, requiring the platoon comander to have appropriate persuasion skills.
