Abstract

Design thinking is a problem-solving approach that emphasizes empathy, creativity, and collaboration to generate innovative and human-centered solutions. It is a mindset and a process that designers and non-designers alike can use to tackle complex problems and find desirable, feasible, and viable solutions. It can be effectively applied in the English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom to enhance the learning experience and promote student engagement.
