Abstract

The Party building and state government major, the study-by-work system trained at the Vietnam Youth Academy - Southern Branch is a type of training for the majority of people who both go to school and work. work to perfect your expertise or want to study a field other than the one you are currently working in. Most classes at the Southern campus are held on Saturdays and Sundays, thereby creating the best conditions for students to complete their courses. However, there are still many inadequacies in the learning and teaching and training work of the Southern campus in the current school year.
