Abstract

Project-based learning is an active educational approach that places learners at the center of the learning process. This article discusses the design of a statistics teaching project, where 10th-grade students are guided in processing and analyzing real-world data. The project aims not only to provide in-depth knowledge of descriptive statistics but also to initiate students into inferential statistics. Additionally, the project focuses on developing essential mathematical capacities in line with the 2018 General Education Curriculum and opens up career pathways for students in data-related fields.
