Abstract

Information and communication technology plays an extremely important role for social development in general and education in particular, which is the factor that creates a revolution in education. In order to improve the effectiveness of management of the application of information and communication technology to teaching in universities to meet the current educational innovation requirements, it is necessary to grasp the requirements of management of information and communication technology application in teaching engineering in universities.
