Abstract

Today, the Information Technology industry is growing strongly, requiring high-quality human resources, who are not only good at Professional knowledge but also possess necessary soft skills, especially teamwork skills. Effective teamwork is the key to success in many IT projects, promoting creativity, effective problem-solving, and improving labor productivity. This article will mention ways to help improve teamwork skills for Information Technology students at Phu Yen University, including using tools to support effective teamwork.
