Enhancing the capacity for innovation and technical innovation of military technical staff to meet current military modernization requirements

Abstract

The ability for initiative, technical improvement is an important quality of military technical officers to improve the efficiency of exploitation, repair, upgrade, and assurance of weapons, technical equipment and quality amount of combat readiness training in units throughout the army. The article points out that the current military modernization policy requires the ability for initiative, technical improvement of military technical officers, and points out the elements that constitute the ability for initiative, technical improvement and measures to improve the ability for initiative, technical improvement of military technical officers.
