Professional group activities in secondary schools always receive timely attention and direction from management levels to promote the role and initiative in the school, demonstrating the responsibility of an organization contributing to the cause of education. However, problems still exist. Continuously innovating the management of professional group activities has very practical significance for the goal of improving the training quality of each high school in the new context.
