Improving pedagogical competences for teachers at military universities today

Abstract
Pedagogical capacity of lecturers is one of the factors that determine the quality of training at higher education institutions. Therefore, improving pedagogical capacity for lecturers at universities is an issue of profound theoretical value and practical significance. The article has generalized some theoretical issues about lecturers and lecturers’ pedagogical capacity. Based on analyzing the need to improve pedagogical capacity for lecturers, the article proposes some solutions to improve pedagogical capacity for teachers current military universities.
