Abstract

The National Academy of Public Administration is a national center that performs the functions of training and fostering capacity, knowledge, and skills in administration, leadership, and management for officials, civil servants, and public employees; human resource training; administrative science research; Advise and advise the Ministry of Home Affairs in the field of administration and state management. Students are trained to have enough knowledge and capacity to work in parts of the state apparatus system. Actual teaching shows that the student capacity of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Information Technology in particular is still limited. Therefore, researching solutions to improve the quality of student training at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Informatics is very necessary. The article surveys the current situation and proposes solutions to improve the quality of training students of the Faculty of Foreign Languages - Informatics.
