Abstract

The application of online tools in education is becoming a trend and is increasingly expanding, bringing education without any limitations. However, besides the advantages, there exist difficulties from subjective or objective reasons, from the recipient, the transmitter or from the system itself. These difficulties have affected the psychological health of students. When faced with obstacles, students often feel depressed, angry, and stressed. If difficulties are not resolved over the years, they will accumulate and pent up inside students. Furthermore, if in the future when faced with pressure from exams, pressure from family, teachers and friends, it will easily lead to students feeling stuck and depressed. Correctly assessing psychological difficulties and how to deal with them will help students take measures to reduce academic pressure, which is meaningful in both theory and practice.
