Abstract

In the context of digital transformation and the 4.0 industrial revolution, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in education plays a crucial role, opening up many opportunities and prospects for enhancing the quality and efficiency of teaching and learning. In Vietnam, research indicates that AI applications being implemented include intelligent learning systems, automated assessment tools, virtual learning environments, and educational data analysis systems. Although still in the early stages, these applications have begun to tap into AI's potential for personalization, creating interactive learning environments, and supporting management. The research also highlights the significant prospects and benefits of AI application while identifying ethical, security, resource, and access inequality challenges that need to be addressed. To effectively promote AI application, the study proposes key solutions such as developing strategies and legal frameworks, investing in key resources, and enhancing capacity training for stakeholders.
