Throughout the process of leading the revolution, our Party and President Ho Chi Minh always considered civil mobilization work as a mission of strategic significance. Applying Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, continuing to innovate and improve the effectiveness of civil mobilization work in ethnic minority and mountainous areas is a very important issue in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland in the current period.
