Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến động lực làm việc của giảng viên ngoại ngữ tại một số trường đại học ở Việt Nam

This study investigates the factors influencing the work motivation of foreign language lecturers at selected universities in Vietnam. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from 150 lecturers through surveys and interviews. The analysis identifies five primary factors that significantly impact motivation: opportunities for professional development, work environment, salary, job security, and institutional support. The study concludes that these factors should be the focus of institutional policy changes to enhance lecturers’ motivation and improve overall academic quality.
