Bac Lieu University’s viewpoint on start-up according to plan No. 235 “Promoting the spirit of creative start-up ideas of students, equipping students with knowledge and skills on start-up right from when they are still in school. At the same time, through that, students proactively seek their own business ideas/projects, proactively participate in training courses to contribute to practicing skills as well as determining what to do to start their own start-up journey right from when they are still students.
