To ensure the quality of training at the university level, each educational institution needs to pay attention to many different factors. One of the factors that is given top priority to ensure the quality of the training program is the professional knowledge that the school trains for students. However, currently, in order to meet the demands of the domestic and foreign labor market, students not only need to meet professional knowledge but also need to be equipped with necessary soft skills. Soft skills are considered a decisive factor for human success. Therefore, developing soft skills in universities aims to help students improve the necessary skills in life and work. This article proposes solutions to develop soft skills to ensure training quality for students majoring in Software Engineering at An Giang University.
