Human resources, especially trained human resources, are always considered the core factor creating the success of enterprises, agencies, organizations in particular, ethnic communities and nations in general. This is the most important resource, determining the productivity, quality and efficiency of using other resources in the system of resources (capital resources (foreign direct investment - FDI and domestic investment - DDI), resource capital (land, minerals, etc.), science and technology resources, etc.). The article focuses on analyzing the current situation and proposing some basic solutions to improve the quality of human resources in our country in the face of the profound and multi-dimensional impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
