ABSTRACT
Discussing the term “administrative culture”, researchers mention the two aspects, one aspect considers
administrative culture as a studying method of administrative science, that is, it needs to be placed
administrative science administrative in a certain cultural context. Some other views consider this term
as a content aspect to be studied in administrative science. This article, the author discusses the term
“administrative culture” as a content aspect of administrative science. From that, analyzing and clarifying
the content, structure and gives some suggestions when studying “administrative culture”.
