ABSTRACT
Enhancing the quality of labor force directly contributing to increasing the labor productivity must start
from vocational training. With the functions and tasks of the current vocational intermediate schools, the goal
is to focus on equipping them with vocational skills; therefore, management of the results-based training is the
right direction to improve the quality vocational training at vocational intermediate schools in Hanoi today
