ABSTRACT
In the recent years, education and training has been making a remarkable progress in terms of higher
education renovation to improve the training quality hoping that all graduates will meet vocational needs
from the employers. Getting feedbacks from stakeholders in general and learners in particular plays a
significant important role in achieving such training quality. This article mainly aims at understanding the
situation of getting feedbacks from learners at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment,
thereby proposing some solutions to improve the quality of training.
