Enhancing the adaptability of lecturers to thematic teaching activities at the Academy of Politics requires
synchronous implementation of many measures, in which it is necessary to pay attention to the following
measures: Creating a change in awareness, responsibilities of organizations and forces for thematic teaching
activities; organizing pedagogical activities well; promoting the activeness of lecturers in self-study, selfresearch
