ABSTRACT
The introduction of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress into teaching and learning at colleges and
vocational schools in general, vocational schools in particular is a practical and important requirement in
training and fostering moral thought for students in order to meet the requirements and tasks in the new
situation of today’s society. The article refers to the application of the Resolution of the XIII Congress in
teaching political education for intermediate level at vocational schools now.
