ABSTRACT
Physical education is a pedagogical process aimed at protecting and promoting health, perfecting the
body, training personality and equipping the necessary motor skills for each individual in life. Fitness and
physical development are an important part of health education. Physical development follows natural laws
and is greatly influenced by education. In which physical education plays a decisive role in the process of
physical development and health promotion for people.
