In this work, we present analytical research results on the modification of granular NiO onto SnO2
nanowires by electron beam evaporation followed by annealing at 600 oC for 3 h with a thickness of Ni of
3. nm; 5 nm and 10 nm to enhance H2S gas sensitivity. For samples with a thickness of Ni 5 nm, through
investigation of gas-sensitive properties, the sensitivity increased to 212 times at a temperature of 200 oC
with a concentration of 10 ppm and a fast recovery time of about 150 seconds.
