ABSTRACT
Managing innovative activities of teachers at junior high schools in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City
has been interested by schools and achieved certain results. However, there are still limitations in planning,
organizing, directing and evaluating initiative activities. The article examines the current situation of
managing innovative activities of teachers in junior high schools in Go Vap district, Ho Chi Minh City,
thereby proposing measures to contribute to enhancing the quality of teachers' initiative activities in junior
high schools in Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.
