Abstract: The activities of form teachers make a big decision on the quality of teaching and learning. Doing well as a form teacher means that the teacher has successfully completed the teaching of the professional groups and the tasks assigned by the school, moral training as well as life skills education for students. Especially in schools, the role of the form teachers is very important. On behalf of the school, they manage and operate the class, directly educate moral ideas, form the personality of students. They are a bridge between students and the three educational environments that are family - school - society.
