Abstract: Professional training for preschool teachers is a very necessary job, contributing to improving the professional qualifications of teachers because teachers are the leading factor determining the quality of preschool education. Therefore, the management of professional development activities for preschool teachers has always been paid due attention to meet the increasing requirements and requirements for the quality of teachers in the current period. By doing well in the management of professional development activities for preschool teachers, preschool teachers will certainly have a professional qualification, a solid professional background, and more confidence in their work.
