Abstract: On the basis of theory and practice of teaching grade 1 at primary school heads in Binh Tan district, Ho Chi Minh City, propose measures to manage grade 1 teaching activities in the direction of developing students’ capacity to contributing to improving the quality of primary education in the district, meeting the requirements of the 2018 general education program.
