Therefore, it is necessary to thoroughly grasp and properly apply the Party's direction and viewpoint and revolutionary practices, regularly and consistently maintain political orientation, and synchronously implement solutions to contribute to improving the quality of education - training to meet the requirements of army building in the direction of revolution, regularity, elite and modernity.
