Implementing the State’s policy on limiting the use of cash in transactions as well as ensuring convenience and safety during the Covid-19 epidemic situation for students in Hue College of Economics in paying tuition fees. Hue College of Economics, Hue University has provided online tuition payment service. In the era of development of digital technology, optimizing services through modern technology with the motto of fast - safe - effective is applied by many institutes to bring the highest level of satisfaction for students. It can be said that student’s satisfaction is the most important issue for universities in general and the Hue College of Economic, Hue University in particular. In this context, this study aims to examine what factors affect students’ satisfaction when participating in online tuition payment, from which to propose some solutions for supervisors and service providers to improve the satisfaction of students.
