Through the use of reliable scientific research methods, research has selected 3 reliable tests and 15 exercises to improve the efficiency of front pedal technique suitable for male students of the People’s Police College I who are studying the People’s Public Security Martial Arts program. The results of practical application of the exercises show that, All 3 tests are obtained t = 2.768 → 2865 at p < 0.05, and WNDC = 1.64 → 5.64 is smaller than WNTN = 8.7 → 17.36.
