Attracting and retaining talented people is always a core issue in higher education institutions. Therefore, the correct and scientific assessment of teachers’ work motivation contributes to promoting the potential, efforts, non-stop scientific creativity and long-term commitment of teachers in the organization. In the study of Jesus and Lens (2005), it was shown that the quality of teachers’ staff has an influence on: Student’s learning motivation, Level of success in change and reform in the education system; School development. Therefore, human resources are the source leading to increased individual labor productivity, thereby leading to improved organizational efficiency.
