Higher education plays a key role in training high-quality human resources for the country. Along with training activities, the model and trend of a university in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 will be 3 main pillars: Research to occupy the pinnacle of science and knowledge - Innovation and Digital Transformation. The world has begun to build Society 5.0. The article raises the status of higher education in Vietnam on the way of integration.
